In Childlike Innocence, Truth Dwells

In Childlike Innocence, Truth Dwells

“In childlike innocence, there is freedom from all the lies and deceits of the world. That is purity of mind. In that purity dwells truth.” – Guru Vakya, on a Guru Vaar (Thursday)

Innocence => Freedom => Purity of Mind => Truth Dwells => Bliss

Mindset

Yesterday, during a meaningful exchange with a colleague, the word #mindset surfaced repeatedly.

I shared some real-life stories from my executive coaching where clients manifested miracles.

We reflected on how mindset is not just a leadership concept—it is the foundation of transformational leadership and coaching. Yet, it remains one of the most misunderstood or ignored aspects of personal and professional growth.

Why is that?

Because true mindset transformation calls for purity. A shedding of pretence. A return to innocence—not naivety, but the deep purity that resides beneath the noise of the world. The kind of children who live in, naturally.

That’s where Sathya—Truth—resides. And Sathya is not just a value; it is the Divine itself. A name of the Divine.

In today’s world of tariff wars, terror threats, and constant upheaval, it’s tempting to react or resist. But as the Guru reminds us: “Yad bhaavan, tat bhavati”—As you think, so it becomes.

What are we collectively holding in our consciousness that the world seems to mirror back so vividly?

The answer isn’t out there. The way out is in.

Let’s go within. Return to the purity of our mind. Let innocence lead us to truth. And from that space, lead, coach, and simply be.

Let’s stay blissful today, and beyond. 🌼
