My Story
“IQ gets us a job. EQ gets us growth. But it is the fulfillment that we deeply aspire for. And it comes from connecting with ‘purpose’, which is nothing but the spiritual quotient (SQ) or love quotient (LQ). Coaching helps you traverse to the ‘fulfillment’ phase and stay there.”
An ICF credentialed and a Master Certified Coach (MCC), I am also a Senior Practitioner (SP) at EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and subscribe to their code of ethics.
I bring a unique understanding and perspective on the corporate, corporeal, and cosmic linkages that influence all of us to the table.
A trained Theta Healer, my coaching, mentoring, and leadership development sessions are tailored to meet the challenges most executives struggle with.
I have over 4,000 coaching hours with corporate executives, leaders, and professionals, and have trained/mentored over 400 aspiring coaches. And I have the privilege to introduce ‘Leader As Coach’ workshop to over 1,000 leaders in the corporate world.

- Trained & mentored over 400 aspiring coaches through ICF programs in India and overseas.
- Run Regal Coach Certification (RCC) program for leaders. RCC is a specially-designed, in-house, unaccredited program to introduce leaders and professionals to the world of coaching & mentoring (LeaderAsCoach).
- Led multiple workshops on Coaching, Mentoring & Leadership at IIM-B, IMT-Ghaziabad, SPAR, TCS (three times at Mumbai, latest on Nov 27, 2017, for over 600 young leaders), @CEOSummit.
- Spearheaded projects in retail finance with banks/NBFC in West Asia such as National Commercial Bank.

My coaching approach is based on the ICF Coaching Framework. ICF approach to coaching is about maximizing your potential, in both personal and professional front. It is not based on guiding, telling.
