Excelling at Career & Life with Executive Coaching

Excelling at Career & Life executive coaching

When was the last time you –

  • Sat down for a family meal?
  • Had an uninterrupted conversation with your child?
  • Caught up with buddies?
  • Went out on a special date with your spouse?
  • Indulged in a hobby?

An executive coach can ask you these very pertinent questions during your executive coaching engagement. But why would an executive coach you hire to achieve career goals ask you these questions?

Excelling at Career & Life

Executive Coaching - A multidimensional approach

Executive coaching is commonly understood to be a means to realize professional success. But that’s looking at it from a very limited viewpoint. The executive coaching process can be used to find fulfillment in any and all areas of life.

I encourage leaders who come for executive coaching to choose personal goals too. There are two reasons for this –

  1.   In my experience as an executive coach, almost all leaders who choose executive coaching for career purposes invariably solutions linked to the personal dimension. Or they have to sort out something on the personal front. This is because personal and professional spheres are closely interlinked. Haven’t we all found our emotional baggage from home affecting our work, or vice versa?
  2. Executive  coaching is a powerful medium for transformation that can be used in any and all areas of life. So why not make the maximum benefit from it? You can use executive coaching to integrate the personal and the professional aspects harmoniously.

So many senior leaders I know lament over lost time and moments.

  • Children have grown up.
  • Friends have drifted apart.
  • Spouses are indifferent.
  • Hobbies are luxuries.

And they never knew or accessed executive coaching. If only they had!

This doesn’t have to be your story. You can integrate personal and professional life holistically right away, with executive coaching.

I enable leaders to achieve personal and professional excellence without compromising on either by inclusively blending IQ driven performance, EQ driven people skills and SQ driven purpose.
